Frequently asked questions about payment on account

When paying by purchase on account, you will receive your payment details by email shortly after completing your order. You then have 30 days to settle the invoice. Purchases on account are processed via our external payment processor Openbank Pay. Once you have selected ‘Purchase on account’ as your payment method, a credit check will be carried out in the background. If this authorisation is successful, your order will be confirmed and you will receive an order confirmation by email. Please note that we unfortunately have no influence whatsoever on the outcome of the credit check. We also collect your date of birth for this purpose. Please also note that the following criteria must be met for purchase on account to be possible: • Purchase on account is only available for amounts up to €550.00. • A delivery address that differs from the billing address cannot be specified with this payment method. • Purchase on account is only possible if both the billing and delivery addresses are in Germany. Openbank Pay will send you the bank details and the reference for the transfer in a separate email. Please ensure you only use the reference provided in the email when making your transfer, as otherwise we will not be able to match your payment. Have you opted to pay by invoice and wish to return goods? • If you paid for your order by invoice but are returning one or more items from your order, we will credit you with the corresponding amount once the return has been processed. • If you have not yet paid the invoice amount, this will be reduced by the value of the returned items once your returns have been processed.
